Return and Refund Policy
We're Here to Help with Your Returns and Exchanges
We hope you're pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason it doesn't meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange for a different size. Here's how it works:
Returns
You have 100 days from delivery to return or exchange your order.
How to Start a Return
- Request a return. Email support@bella-bra.com with your order number, the item name, and the reason for your return.
- Receive your prepaid label. We'll respond within 1 business day to confirm eligibility and send you a prepaid return label.
- Pack your item. Place the item securely in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Drop it off. Attach the label and drop the package at the carrier location shown on the label.
- Get your refund or exchange. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days.
Important: All returns must be authorised by our team before you send anything back. Items sent directly to our address without an authorised prepaid label will not be accepted or refunded. Always email support@bella-bra.com first to receive your label.
Return Shipping Costs
- US returns: We provide a prepaid return label. A $4.99 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. There is no upfront cost — the fee is simply taken from the refund amount.
- US exchanges: Free. A prepaid return label is provided at no charge, and your replacement ships at no extra cost.
- International returns: The return shipping cost varies by location. Contact us at support@bella-bra.com before sending anything back and we will confirm the exact cost for your location.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: All return and replacement costs are covered by Bella Bra worldwide, at no charge to you.
Important Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- They should be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that show signs of wear or alterations.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Standard bank processing then applies (typically 3–5 additional business days depending on your bank).
You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed. If you haven't seen it within 15 business days of that confirmation, please contact us at support@bella-bra.com.
EU and UK Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Right
If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order and return any item within 14 days of delivery for any reason, at no cost to you. This is your legal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To exercise this right, email us at support@bella-bra.com within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, our standard 100-day return policy applies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at support@bella-bra.com so we can make it right. All return and replacement costs are covered by Bella Bra worldwide, at no charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the quality of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that:
- Show signs of wear, washing, or alterations.
- Are not in their original packaging.
Special Exceptions
In rare cases, we may send a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned. If the replacement also doesn't work out, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund.
We want your experience with Bella Bra to be as smooth and supportive as our garments. If you have any questions, our customer service team is always here to assist.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we offer two options:
- Free reshipment: We're happy to send your order again at no extra cost. Simply confirm your correct shipping address, and we'll arrange for the package to be shipped again.
- Refund: If you prefer not to receive the package, we can issue a refund once it arrives at our warehouse.
Refused Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery and automatically returned to our warehouse, we offer two options:
- Free reshipment: We're happy to resend your order at no additional cost. Simply confirm your shipping address, and we'll arrange for the package to be shipped again.
- Refund: If you prefer not to receive the package, we can issue a refund once it arrives at our warehouse. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping costs.
