Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your Bella Bra. If something isn't quite right, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how it works.

100-Day Return Window

You have 100 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order — whether you're in the US or anywhere else in the world.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned in their original packaging

Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please don't mail anything to us before you hear back from our team — items sent without an authorised prepaid label will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.

  1. Email support@bella-bra.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. We respond within 1 business day.
  3. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label.
  4. Pack the item securely, attach the label, drop it off at the carrier location.
  5. As soon as we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

US customers

  • Return for refund: $4.99 is deducted from your refund. Prepaid label provided — nothing to pay upfront.
  • Exchange: free. Prepaid return label at no cost. Your replacement ships at no extra charge.

International customers

  • You're responsible for return shipping. Our team will confirm the exact amount when you contact us.
  • EU/UK customers — under your statutory 14-day cooling-off right, you can return your order at no cost within 14 days of delivery. Just let us know.

When the issue is on us
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, none of the above applies. We cover everything, worldwide.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Email support@bella-bra.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice — and cover all return costs, anywhere in the world.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • The item price is refunded in full (minus the $4.99 US return fee, or applicable international cost).
  • Original outbound shipping is not refunded, except where the issue is on us, or for EU/UK 14-day cooling-off returns.
  • Import duties and taxes are not refunded for change-of-mind returns (EU/UK cooling-off excepted).
  • International refunds are issued in your original payment currency at the exchange rate at the time of your transaction.

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing original tags
  • Items returned without their original packaging
  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Items sent to us without an authorised prepaid label

Exception: damaged, defective or wrong items — none of the above exclusions apply. Email us within 30 days with a photo. Free replacement or full refund, all costs covered worldwide.
