We ship worldwide. Free shipping kicks in once your order hits the threshold for your region — see below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included. High-season periods may add a short delay.

Delivery Times

  • Shipped from US warehouses: 3–5 business days
  • Shipped from overseas warehouses (if your item is out of stock locally): 5–12 business days

Most US orders ship from a US facility within 3–5 days. If an item is temporarily out of stock locally, it will ship from our overseas warehouse in 5–12 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it's on the way.

Shipping is free on all orders over $59.95 USD (or local equivalent — see below). For smaller orders, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also track at any time at bella-bra.com/apps/parcelpanel.

If your tracking hasn't updated, contact support@bella-bra.com and we'll chase it with the carrier for you.

Address Changes

If you spot an incorrect address right after checkout, contact us as soon as you can — we can only update it before your order is processed for shipping.

Late or Delayed Orders

Shipping can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs. If your order is past its expected delivery window:

  1. Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Email support@bella-bra.com — we respond within 1 business day and will get straight onto the carrier for you.

Package Marked Delivered but Not Received?

Check with neighbours, your building's mailroom, or any safe drop spots nearby. If you still can't locate it, contact your local carrier with your tracking number. If that doesn't resolve it, email support@bella-bra.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.
